The Latrine Machine, Inc. warrants the original purchaser that the Latrine Machine will be free of defects in workmanship and materials, from the date of delivery, for a period of 90 days.
The Latrine Machine, Inc. will without charge, replace the defective engine or component parts upon prepaid delivery to our service department. This must be accompanied by proof of the date of purchase in the form of a company issued sales receipt.
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non transferrable.

Mechanical failures caused by normal wear and tear or gradual detoriation where no failure has occured.
